Reimagining the plumbing showroom experience.

As a leader in the plumbing industry, Delta Faucet Company (DFC) turned to my team to update its current Showroom Display System for the Brizo and Delta brands, which team also designed, and launched in 2017.

These high quality, disruptive displays differentiated DFC from its competitors in the showroom environment and were an extremely effective vehicle for increasing per showroom unit sales: a 31% lift in sales for Brizo, and a 25% lift for Delta.

Since it will be close to 10 years when the new displays are deployed, we needed to completely redesign the display program, instead of updating the existing displays, to be just as successful as the previous launch. This way, DFC can remain the leader in the showroom.

Empowered Care
at Walgreens

As people live longer, the market for home medical equipment (HME) is growing fast. To boost awareness and sales, Medline wanted to sell Walgreens on a “store-within-a-store” concept for their HME line, called Walgreens Empowered Care. 

We provided Medline with two distinct “top views” of the store, along with elevations of the different aisles. Medline embraced the greatly improved path to purchase, especially the way we incorporated tech to provide rich product info in-aisle and at the customer’s fingertips.
